My plugin (Crunchyroll.bundle) is a webkit plugin that plays flash video using webvideourl(). It works great with Plex Media Center. However, it does not work on Plex/Web. Is this a limitation of webkit or is my plugin faulty? I remember reading somewhere that webkit plugins only worked with PMC. But i'd like to confirm that before I document this in my ReadMe. So far all attempts to get my plugin working on Plex/Web have failed. I don't see any errors in the log and everything looks as though it should work. But when i click on a video i just get a "This channel is currently unavailable" message.
Generally, I think that the intended behaviour for Plex/Web is to redirect to the actual website for webkit based streams. In theory, PMS should be able to capture the streams and transcode them for most clients. In practice, it seems to be much more complicated than that. I have an aversion (putting it politely) to webkit so, I don't think I can offer much in the way of help getting your channel working properly.
