My extras not showing anymore. am using the most resent PMS and I have refreshed “all Metadata” several times. STILL NO EXTRAS…

I don’t think he is talking about local extras - trailers and extras is not working for a lot of people it seems. If you update metadata for a movie with trailers and extras, it goes away. No trailers on extras on new movies added either.
Exactly so, I am not talking about local extras; I meant “trailers and extras” being added when metadata is being updated… Am I doing anything wrong or its a general bug that needs fixing?
