Plex-Win unable to Run on Desktop

Plex-Win will no longer run on Desktop, It States Oops took to long check log files, I honestly couldn’t locate them. I;m Not without With XBox or Phone App, but I do connect My Laptop to the TV for my Wife, Any Suggestions would Help and a Thank You in Advance
