Using Plex since some years , Covers from mp3 and flac files , are not showing anymore , on plexamp win player.
In the smartphone (all ok ) in the web app (all ok) , on windows everything blured and in single song play no cover. I don’t know since when ( has worked a long time ok ) .
Does someone have an idea.
Reainstalled the player , X times , nothing helps.
Can someone help , please ?

Seems like maybe a permissions issue with image cache. Post a Plexamp.log after scrolling around a grid.

I assume you nuked your IP address out of the log?

That does imply the inability to move the temporarily file across to its final location or inability to write the temporarily file. Unfortunately I’m not sure beyond that, will add more detailed logs to the next release to see if we get more clues. But if you’re looking in the meantime, that should at least provide you with clues.
Yes i removed the ip out , and changed it with 000 and 111 , before i post the log.
But it worked , a long time OK - with covers displayed ( for years …) .The win system is still the same .
I setup a new win 10 system in a virtual machine , and tested it … its the same , everyting blured , covers blured .
My two android clients , still working ok !! With covers displayed .

i tried all previous versions (blocked the updater , to go out and get the update) .
It seems that in version 3.4.2 , the function GRID SIZE (in Appearance breaks something ) .
Appearance with function GRID SIZE , loooks nicer , but there goes somethimg wrong .
In Version 3.4.1 everything is ok . Covers are showing , in the Collection and on plays . See the pictures

Upgrade to latest.
if I update to the latest , then everything is again blureed . And no covers !
Then I guess wait for the next release which has some debugging to help see why it’s failing for you. It’s going to be a permissions issue.
