Plexamp 4.2.2. playback speed control missing on new install

Server Version#:1.26.2.5797
Player Version#:4.2.2.
after new install on oneplus 9 phone, can’t change playback speed anymore while playing media
and also cant find option to allow speed change in setting/playback menu as it was in the beginning

settings > appearance > player > music playback speed.
