PlexAmp cannot play music after PW reset

After resetting my password and claiming my server I cannot get PlexAmp to work on the raspberry pi. I had two raspberry pi’s working before the password reset. I’ve tried clean installs and this still fails. The PlexAmp raspberry pi client can be claimed and I can login and see all my media but when I try to play anything it just shows a black empty screen with a spinning loading world.
Here is what the log says when I try to play anything.

The PlexAmp on my android phone works fine. I’m using the script from “GitHub - odinb/bash-plexamp-installer: PlexAmp-installer for Raspberry Pi with ARM64 HW. Headless music-player controlled from any other Plexamp client.” to install the PlexAmp on the raspberry pi.

you’re getting a 404 back from the cloud, which would seem to imply you might not be properly linked to tidal.

I get the same 404 error when trying to play back music files stored on the plex server.

That means generally that the server can’t access the file.
