PlexAmp for Windows: How to Close?

Maybe i’m missing something glaringly obvious, but I do not see how to close the Plexamp player on Windows.

The only way I’ve closed it is by signing out and right-clicking ‘close’ from Windows.

Is there an “exit” or “close” feature going to be added?

@ckronengold, right clicking on the app in the windows taskbar and clicking close is how I do it.

Maybe an “x” that shows up on hover top right would be good…

Another way is to hover the mouse pointer near the top window border of plexamp and right-click.

Yet another way is to use the Alt+F4 key combination.

I am missing the chrome of usual windows apps. I can’t seem to easily move the window around to where I want because there doesn’t seem to be anything to grab onto.

Also missing not having any window chrome. For me it results in no safe place to click if I want to bring focus to PlexAmp or move the window. With the right visualizer doing the right thing, it’s possible to see the thin strip of safe space at the top of the window, but there’s already been many times I couldn’t distinguish it from the visualizer.

Agreed! Makes it hard to use (and no easy way to close).

The Windows version of Plexamp is clunky. Hopefully it will be as fleshed out as the Plex app for Windows.

Anyway, I like Android app. Wont replace Poweramp anytime soon, but I it’s definitely in the running.

Actually there is chrome, it just is the same color as the background and changes as the background changes. Click just above the album cover or visualizer to move, right click to
be able to select close.
