Plexamp Metadata Editing for Admin

There’s already an existing suggestion discussing an option to edit metadata tags from within Plexamp. Please comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes. Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.

Basic Tag Editor within PlexAmp

I have a bunch of music files and a lot of them have incorrect tags. While I would like to spend dedicated time to correct all the tags, it’s a very monotonous job and tiring job. I was hoping that PlexAmp could introduce a very basic tag editor so that I could make tag correction a part of my music listening experience. Essentially, anytime some music comes on, and I notice that the tags need correction, I go into an “Edit Tags” option and fix it. This feature is even more useful because typic…
