I’ve tried multiple devices. Multiple playlists
All refuse to download in there entirety. I get exactly 1 day of music from each playlist.
There’s no shortage of space.
What am i missing? Why am i hitting such a hard limit

It is curently hard coded to only allow 24 hours per download job.
This might get lifted at a later date.
Any work around?
Any way of downloading a complete collections?
No… the “I want to take my entire library with me” isn’t a use case currently supported by Plexamp. You could download it in chunks of 24 hours – but that’s fairly unpractical.
Thanks for the answers
I’m just wasting my time downloading every album i have individually. Will be decommissioning plex and plex music after i return ( why i wanted my library with my)
Clearly plex has issues with music and is not ready to replace existing services. Just dissapointed in the arbitrary limitations they’ve imposed for no reason
Plex isn’t the ecosystem it was when i started using it so many years ago :(. Time to move on
If you want to take your entire library, use the regular Plex app. That should allow downloading just fine. The limitation is only in Plexamp.
I had looked in the main app in my music section and it looks like they’ve removed it. There’s no download option that i can find for music. Only individual album downloads
Create a playlist with all your music and download it.
