Honestly, I have no idea non what’s going wrong on your side. Did you already try to delete the whole stuff, and grab a new ZIP from github?
Can you try a different Mac?
I think I just found the answer. My Xcode version doesn’t support 9.1 which my TVOS is on now so I need to update Xcode (sigh!). This will take 2 days to get the new one on my pitiful internet connection. Is there a plain simple updater?

Yes I did but same version Xcode 7.1.1. Need the latest one has the iOS 9.1 update in it.

Well finally got the latest Xcode 7.2 and the app installed on my AppleTV with the latest build but it won’t run. In Xcode I see: dyld fatal error

No trouble over here - Xcode 7.2, running in the Simulator.
I installed it on Apple TV as well, but that one is not yet on the latest iOS. I will update and try again…
This project is advancing quickly, really looking forward to it.
Have you had anymore thoughts on releasing it in the app store ?
@HKMacs: today I got the “Reason: image not found” error myself - after switching github branches in my main coding project. A Product->Clean, ->Build sequence solved it. The second branch defined a different “Bundle Identifier”, which I think caused this sort of hiccup.
Have you been able to solve your issues yet?
looks like the search function in channels is not working. Example: under primewire, I do see seach option but it simply lists movies when clicked. Is this still being worked on?
mudasir.k, bevanpfc: Well, currently I am fighting IF/HOW to publish that thing on the App Store. Thinking about adapting it to other iOS devices is currently waaaay out of scope. Especially as PlexConnectApp makes great use of TVML, which is unique to tvOS, right?
viksmi: Channels are currently implemented on a “proof of concept” basis. Not having search-ability is pretty much the expected state. Functionality will be improved, if time/priority allows. Feel free to give it a shot… 
Looks nice, similar to the official app (which isn’t a bad thing) what I feel is missing in the official app is a shared server tab and universal search across all servers.
The way you’ve implemented the server selection is pretty sweet, just pressing back enables you to change the server = wife and kid friendly !!!
Using the search it seems to only be finding 2 shared libraries out of 3 and also missing my own library, If it can be enabled to search all shared servers and local servers then I think this will be great.

Just seen your latest update on github today, Just had a try and think that’s great that you’ve made an option to select a server next to the search and settings box !
One thing I have noticed though is that tv shows is broken, I can select a show, it then shows me available seasons, I can then select a season,I can then select an episode from the season but the screen just refreshes and never starts the actual episode.
Would be nice if the TV episodes displayed like @Ibaas default view which has a synopsis next to each episode.
