Hey,
I am trying to install Plexpy on my mac for the first time. Forgive my ignorance, but I am having trouble following these seemingly simple installation directions:
Method 1 (easy):
- Download Tautulli from GitHub: https://github.com/Tautulli/Tautulli/zipball/master
- Extract the zip to
/Applications/Tautulli. Make sure you extract the files directly in the root. - Open a terminal
- Type:
cd /Applications/Tautulli
My issue is that I am unsure how to extract the files directly in the root (not sure what this means or how to do it). When I extract the files, they automatically go to my downloads folder. When I change the directory to extract in Applications, nothing happens. Not sure how to make sure I am extracting directly in the root.
Any support/tips would be appreciated.
