I think it would be awesome if PlexSync could send a notification when something is ready to sync.
i.e:
Set Something to Transcode -> Close App Leaving Server Transcoding -> Item Completes Transcoding -> Push Notification to alert user Item is Available for Download

I noticed that if you exit the app while syncing after a while it gives you a message to go back to the app, something almost the same as that would be what I was envisaging.
