PMP 2.54 messes up newline characters in TV mode

Since upgrading from 2.53 to 2.54, my detailed movie descriptions now contain the text “{openParagraph}{closeParagraph}” instead of newline characters, which really messes up the view. This only happens in TV mode, desktop mode seems fine. I see in the release notes there is something related to this (“Fixed extended info details missing line breaks”) but this actually made things worse. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon.

This is a known issue and has already been filed as a bug.
