This is gonna have to be the last problem I post concerning Plex Podcasts or I’ll go mad. It’s obvious that this feature is simply not as important as others.
Before I leave for greener pastures, I’ll share video of the latest issues I’m having.
I’ve attached two videos (in Podcasts_Issue.zip)…one of me successfully playing the same podcast in the web player (Web_Podcast_Issue.mp4) that then fails when attempting to play it on either Plex app (Plex or Plexamp) on iOS (iOS_Podcast_Issue.mp4).
Keep trying, gang. Apparently, podcasts are a lot harder to pull off in 2021 then I thought.
UPDATE: I couldn’t get the ZIP file to attach to the topic. After three attempts, thh upload fails at 48%. Suffice it to say that the podcast plays fine in the Web player and won’t even start (but throws no error) on either of the iOS apps.
