to make it easier to understand, I´ll start with what I want to achieve:
As I often watch PVR Recordings I´d like to have the ability to skip a defined amount of time with a remote control, i.e. buttons for 2,3,4,5,6
minutes.
I tried to get the position of the currently playing video add an amount of miliseconds and play the video with this offset
but couldn´t get the video to play with offset + didn´t know how to execute a script by remote control.
Another approach would be to build keymacros like 5,0,0,OK; but I don´t know if it even works with rasplex and lirc nor do I know where to put the keymacros.conf. I searched a while but couldn´t find topics related to openelec or rasplex.
