Printout or listing of media directory

  • Plex Server 1.42.1

    Mac Pro (Mid 2012) 2 x 3.46 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon

Mac OSX 10.14.6 (olde but goodie)

I had a the main drive containing all of my movies crash and I am trying to rebuild it.

Plex still has all of the original titles in the directory, but can’t find the media (cause it’s not there :-()

- Is there a way to print out a list of the movie titles that Plex has in memory?

Or get an export of some sort of database (spreadsheet?)

Does Plex store a simple list someplace in its database that I could access?

Trying to select titles in the web browser only allows the 20 or so titles showing on that one screen, not the entire directory.

Any help greatly appreciated

Use Webtools-NG, You have to play around with the export option to get what you want, but you can get a csv file of all the titles.

Thank you for the quick response - after a bit of a learning curve with WebTools I was able to easily export the list that I need - Thanks you again!!
