Server Version#: Version 1.19.4.2902
Hello,
I know it has been written in the past about the issue where Plex is using the first network interface with a valid gatway.
Private 10.42.1.73 : 32400 Public 88.xx.xxx.xx : 32400 Internet
The above example is what I am experiencing, and it happens because I am running Plex in a Kubernetes cluster.
The reality is that my cluster also exposes Plex under my local network 192.168.0.xxx and it works just fine.
Because plex binds itself to the internal cluster IP makes it unavailable within my local network, unless I enable remote connections.
Is there a workaround for this? Has anyone solved this problem in the past?
All the threads I have read don’t really provide a solution.
Thank you
