Proper Syntax for Plex Scanner CLI

Could someone please help me out with this?

I’m within the maintenance window and these command aren’t working:

“C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Plex Media Scanner.exe” --analyze --files “2023 Inside Monster Jam S01E05 Team Throttle Monster.ts” --force

(To start commercial scanning)

“C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Plex Media Scanner.exe” --generate --chapter-thumbs-only --force --filename “Tucker Carlson Tonight 2023_03_22_20_00_00.mp4”

(To generate thumbnails for a mp4 with chapters at commercial stop points)

I have tried several variations of these commands and nothing seems to work.
