I can’t seem to access my media that is synced to the cloud in the PS3. On my profile or the one I created for the living room (renting with roommates).
Is this available? Soon to be available?
I don’t have a system that I can leave on 24/7, so I rely on Cloud Sync to watch movies and shows whenever. I also want my roommates to be able to watch whatever I have in the cloud when I’m not home to turn on my computer. But, do to limitations… that’s not possible.

It's mentioned in the very first question in the faq linked at the top of this forum.
Basically, they're working on it, along with a bunch of other stuff.
lol it amazes me how little people read you read it you dont have to ask it lol ps3/4 app is beta as in not finished not all features are in it yet a work in progress.
