I have changed nothing and there have been no updates. All of a sudden a few days ago anything we try to watch is black screen with audio only. I can watch from iPhone, iPad and computer but PS4 app is messed up.
Same issue. Obviously there is a problem- as paying customers could we get some sort of acknowledgement from staff?
Same issue but with PS3, since a few days (last update?) I'm getting black screen and only audio. The solution is moving forward and back on the movie until it starts showing the video. All other devices seems to work fine.
I tried going forward and back. No change still not working for me. Time to cancel I guess until they have a version that works.
