Hi, i just used the app on my ps4 (works well) but I find that the quality of the movies, tv shows cover art are bad. Is the app in 1080p?
It looks good on my side. Nothing "bad" to report - pretty sleek actually
If i compare the cover art on my appletv vs ps4. The cover art on the appletv seams the be in a better resolution.

ui on the ps4 app is 720p right now far i know so maybe thats why i think they are still working on getting it to 1080p down the road.
The blur on the background art is intentional as the art is supposed to form a text vs an image of it's own. Not everyone loves it for certain. We're going to bring back more fan art so you can enjoy the artwork which you curate.
The example you posted, with the light background and light text is the worst case possible. I'll share with our designers. Ick!

I wonder what the original poster resolution is. It could be we're scaling it up slightly.

You are paying for PlexPass. Hardly the same as paying for the PS4 version / lower resolution. If you dont know what you are buying, you really arent one to complain about the product.
