PS4 Crashing after about 10 or 30 minutes

Player Version#: PS4 latest as of 11/11/19

My PS4 Plex just started crashing after 10 or 20 minutes playing either TV or film. Most annoying.
Have to restart the Plex client and resume.
Have rebooted both NAS and Synology 415+ but still doing it.

Same. It’s the worst. ALWAYS at the final scene of whateve I’m watching.

Same here, my PMS is on Nvidia Shield, any response from Plex, my PS4 loses my PMS every 20 mins and I need to restart the Plex player. Not sure if it’s relevant but I was using subtitles.
