Ok - so I know this topic has been broached in other threads before - but with the Plex Forum’s crazy-short topic-close window it’s not possible to add to the discussion, so here we are again.
I reached out directly to QoBuz to see if the problem could be worked from the other side. (This was a recommended tactic by someone from Plex on a topic post I did on reddit.)

So it looks like it’s not on either Plex’ or QoBuz’ radars at the moment, which is terribly depressing…
