Let’s go with this existing suggestion in order to avoid distracting votes/attention.

Prompt for Rating After Playing

I love the rating feature but I feel it is underused and often forgotten, even by myself! I’d love to have an option that could be enabled on a per library basis to prompt a user to rate the content they just played once play has completed.

Therefore closing this as a duplicate.
