Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for hardware for a plex server running with 2-3 users. They would not be concurrent users all the time. I currently use my home PC but it’s old and slow and I want to upgrade. I use it at home mainly with a couple of remote friend users from time to time. My preference would be a pre-built desktop vs building my own since I have never done that before. Any recommendations would be much appreciated…
Avoid trans coding is King, if you do that with quality Clients and file type ( Audio and video) it doesn’t really matter. 4K is a different story, I will let @TeknoJunky chat to you about that subject.
