Dreading writing this as I can’t think what problem is…
This problem we notice each week on xfactor - yuck I know - when we playback the DVR recorded programme it reports a duration of 1hr rather than 1hr30. Been doing this for weeks - assumed other things a clash or something.
Played back file on my iOS device and the whole programme was there.
Fire stick cutting front off - and if you resum progress on different devices they go to different parts of same programme…
I just worked out if I force a transcode on fire stick the programme appears properly… if I flick back to play direct after it remains fine…
If I go out of programme and back again it remembers incorrect duration until I force transcode again
Any ideas anyone ??
