FIXES:
- Player: Play progress would sometimes not be reported to the server.
- Prevent crash starting video playback if audio is still playing.

- SHIELD PMS: ‘move storage location’ could fail sometimes.
- Player: ensure backward seeks go to the correct location when transcoding.
