Remote Access for MACVLAN Plex Docker Instance

I have set up an instance of Plex in a docker container using MACVLAN networking. I am able to access the server just fine locally, but I’m not able to access the Plex server remotely. Here is the screenshot of the remote access settings (port purposely obfuscated):

Port forwarding is setup just fine. In fact, if I browse to my https://publicIP:PORT, the URL will resolve - but I can only see friend’s plex servers. The Plex server that I just browsed to says unavailable. Thoughts?

Can you not use host mode?

I’d rather use Macvlan. I want plex to communicate on its own dedicated nic.

Thanks for the reference. I do have my setup configured as noted in this reddit page. Everything is working in my internal network - the problem is for remote access.
