Remote streams allowed per user, defined per user, and not across the server

Currently, PMS supports “ Remote streams allowed per user” at the server level. I’d like to set this on an individual user basis instead.

This way I could limit users to one stream, preventing users from sharing their credentials by default. But, then define an “over ride” allowance for individual users based on need. This feature could be managed in the “Manage Library Access” setting page.

A request for the same feature exists already, and it has more votes.

Therefore this one is closed, to prevent spreading the votes across several threads, even though they vote for the same (or at least very similar thing).
