I am pretty sure this has been a requested feature for years, but I want to either have the option to remove posters and backgrounds from loading whenever I sync my shows or movies (as a toggle feature in the settings), or choose a permanent colour or something that covers the posters and/or backgrounds to whatever I upload instead.
This is due to spoilers showing up on both the posters and even if I find a workaround with the posters, the backgrounds show the same spoilers as well, so I have to manually change them each time. Very tedious.
