Req Basic PlexAmp app for Android (Wear O/S) Watch?

I glanced through the forums after a long absence wondering if PlexAmp might now be available for my Samsung Watch 4 I purchased over a year ago. Spotify, then YouTube Music and more recently Amazon Music are all now available, yet no PlexAmp :frowning:

There seemed to be indications that there wasn’t even any interest or anything in the pipeline for this, rather they were focusing on headless PlexAmp on a Raspberry Pi? How many users would even use such an obscure feature < 0.01%? You can already plug an Amazon FireStick that already comes with psu and remote for £17 (a fraction of pi cost) into an A/V amp to presumably achieve the same goal.

Surely it can’t be too much work to take the existing android app, strip out 90% of the UI and stick it on an Android watch, sure it would need a lot more work to be perfect, but just one that only showed/cached existing audio playlists would be usable, surely that could be knocked up in a week or so as a proof of concept?

I have used Spotify, YouTube Music, locally stored, and more recently Amazon Music on my watch and they’re awesome with eSim data plan (or locally cached on non esim version) going running with ear buds, when you don’t really want to carry a phone with you. On Amazon Prime day in October you could get non-sim Samsung Watch 4 for £100! (new Watch 5 adds nothing new of note)
