it would be great when you could add the option to start the videos of a playlist at a predefined point so you can skip the intro of series instead of doing it manually each time a new episode starts.
Doesn't that point in time change for each media?
It will be the same when you are watching series with the same intro.

Maybe occasionally it will. The vast majority of shows nowadays start the episode and then do opening credits.. I cant see any way this would work at all.
