[Request] PS4 App - Support for H.264 Level 4.1

Please Plex, make the PS4 app support up H.264 Level 4.1, at least so it works with BluRay stream copy rips.

The PS4 supports to H.264 Level 4.2. Most Blu-Rays are H.264 Level 4.1. So it is not very helpful at all that the Plex App only supports to 4.0 !!! (you can override in the app, but in my tests only a the few stream copy movies I have will work if you override the level to 4.1 - most just stutter or fail completely)

Last I knew it actually has to do with the codec that sony gives PLEX access to, which is only h264 level 4.0
