Reset PIN

Hi!

I forgot my PIN and every time when I trying reset it I got redirect to page which asking for PIN!
Every time when I trying open - https://plex.tv/users/edit,
I am redirecting to - https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/account

How I can broke this circle?

I’d call it rather “outdated”.
