Rewinding twice on Android mobile jumps to start of video

Repro steps:

  1. In Android app while playing a video, hit 10s rewind button
  2. Hit rewind button again before the video has started playing again (usually a few seconds delay)
  3. The video will jump all the way to the start of the video and restart playing

Expected behavior:

  1. Video jumps back 20s and starts playing

Mitigation:
If you wait until the video has started playing again before hitting the 10s back button a second time it will work as expected.

The UI appears to jump all the way back to 0:00 and then jump to 20:02 so it seems like there is a race condition with the current playback time that temporarily sets the playback time to 0:00 when rewinding 10s
