Player Version#: 7.13.9 (Roku app 7.13 build 9) AND 7.14.5 (Plex Preview Roku version)
The Roku app’s theme volume setting for “off” works as it should. But a setting of quiet/medium/high/loud (can’t remember the exact label) doesn’t make a difference… it’s all the same. The same latest version app behaves the same (no change in theme volume) on both of my different Roku models.
Apparently this has been a known issue for a long time? Please fix!

Updated original post to say this problem also exists in:

After you change the theme music volume go to a details page where you still here the previous state. if you actually play a bit of an actual episode then return to the details page do you hear the volume change?
@BigWheel That somewhat works, but doesn’t seem consistent. There’s even a few times I’ve heard the TV theme volume go from quiet/low to medium within about 10 seconds of playing. Very odd.
