Hi - Some rookie questions…

Is it possible to use the Plex API to allow people to login to a third party app with their Plex credentials?

Can a third party app access any details about a users Plex library (i.e. # of movies/videos, # of tracks etc.) via the API?

Can a user access and control any server features through a third party app?
