The fact that every library only falls into one of 5 seconds to matter how many library’s you have honestly is mind boggling as to why it wasn’t setup that way to begin with.
I would love for all 5 of my Library’s to each have their own section so that when I add a 4K movie, but also the 1080P version (Only my account have 4K access due to only playing it locally vs other people who are all remotely) I Don’t have to add 4K to the front of the name so I know which one is which. So that when I update an Anime, or a Cartoon for my kid, it doesn’t bump down the TV like it does because everything comes up in one section.
I may do a mass add and then it just blow the other stuff away. Would just be nice to have each library to have it own row so that it doesn’t interfere with the others
Are you talking about the “Recently Added” sections on the Home screen? If so, I think that would be good as long as it was an option to turn on or off. Group them all together as it does now or split them apart.
In addition, within each library itself, it would also be nice to have the option to show a “Recently Added” row the top of each Library’s full view, without having to turn on a filter or change the sort order.
Third, I think it would also be nice to have the option to display a “Collections” row across the top of the library’s main view for any Collections within that library.
Each of these should be an option that could be turned on or off in each Library’s settings or in the Home page’s settings.
Yes exactly what I am talking about. Also since most of my watching is on a Roku TV (HATE the new app!!!) Would be nice if each library showed as its own icon, vs a sub category of TV or Movies. The new app annoys me big time. it is so much more work to get to the Playlist now.
I agree. I hate the new app for the Android phone. Makes me NOT want to use it.
Also I second these features. Being able to set each library as a Displayed row in the Dashboard would be great. To put it simply I have these as “TVShows”
