I bought a new Samsung Q90R TV, but in the app store I don’t have PLEX. Is it normal?
Sadly, the Plex Client isn’t avail for 2019 series Samsung TV’s yet

I have the same issue and have loaded the Beta v2 version which works well for me
kiisukene, how did you load a beta version? I find no reference to plex when I search for apps on my new tv. Oddly enough, it was the only reason I bought the TV as the websites I review for Plex and Samsun said all 2016 plus Samsung TV’s supported the Plex App. Arg.
