We’re planning to perform a software upgrade on the back end database for our plex.tv services. Downtime is expected from 8-9am UTC (1-2am PDT) on March 25. This will affect anything relying on API services from plex.tv, including account sign in and creation, among other things. (See the status page incident for details on progress.)
