In the Xbox One Plex app, I am only seeing screen grabs as the movie posters. If I look on Plex Server or any other version, the correct movie posters are being shown. Any ideas as to why this little catch is happening? Technically, I can still stream all of my movies so it works, but it really doesn't look that great when viewing the entire collection.
Is the library section you're looking at a 'home videos' library? If so, they now only show fanart, and not posters. Unfortunately.
