Scroll and page up/down keys don't work consistently in Plexamp for Windows

Keyboard navigation keys (scroll and page) generally don’t have any effect on the UI. However, there are times when a greyed out area appears where a title bar would be, and scroll will work. When displaying a full window song with album picture, clicking the elipsis raises a menu, but the scroll keys raise and lower the song screen in view behind the menu, not the menu itself,

I use a gyro mouse with one of my PCs. It doesn’t have a mouse scrollwheel, but has up/down scroll keys and page up/down, so this makes navigation a problem. And it is just a basic expectation that Windows apps support the keyboard.
