Scrolling with the mouse wheel doesn't work if cursor if over "Up Next" section

Player Version#: 4.11.2

Running Plexamp on my Mac installed via the App Store. Scrolling functions in the currently playing view until your cursor is over the “Up Next” section. You then need to drag to scroll.

I cannot recreate this on Windows. My assumption would be that this is specific to MacOS, and thus probably an issue with ReactNative.
