Can we get keyboard support on the android tv app? Specifically I’m talking about the search function.
Google supports using your phone or tablet as a remote control for android tv. The google remote/tv/home app has an integrated keyboard so you don’t even need a physical keyboard attached to your TV. The remote has one built in.
The plex android tv app on the other hand makes us hunt around individual letters using the arrow keys. It’s really slow, error prone, outdated, and just plain irritating to input search terms this way. It would be much better if the keyboard input edited the search terms like on any other platform.
