I’m not seeing any Christmas related rows appear in my movies library. I’ve seen other peoples Plex include rows such as “Tis The Season”. I’ve checked in Plex web, Plex on my FireTV, and Plex on my iPad and the Seasonal row does not show up on any device.
From googling I have verified that “Seasonal Movies” are enabled under Server → Settings → Library → Manage → Manage Recommendations.
I obviously have a bunch of movies that should fall under that category (die hard, elf, home alone, etc etc).
I have 1 server with that enabled and it seems to work but only if I drag the seasonal movies in the recommended section almost all the way to the top. I just kept shifting it around and finally it appeared
I have another server that doesn’t have that enabled and I can’t get the seasonal movies to show up on the home page or library recommended page at all, no matter where I drag it in the list
Honestly this whole feature is buggy. The reason why I have it enabled on one server and not another is because other things like my pictures wouldn’t show up
The only other thing I might suggest is to make sure you don’t have that library excluded from the home screen
3 dots next to the library → Manage Library → Edit → Advanced
