Currently the Background transcoding x264 preset setting affects both Sync and Media Optimizer. My feature request is to have a separate setting for each. I may decide to Sync some content for an occasion and want it quick. Where as I want my optimized media to be the best quality that it could be, and since it will be staying on the hard drive to be as small as it can be.
