Same issue here on raspberry pi 4. I have notification for last version 1.23 but when i do apt update and apt upgrade no new version. It’s still 1.22 last version.
We can install manually of course but anyone know when latest 1.23 is available from repo please?
What I don’t understand is why it was working flawlessly until the only update I cared for ? and also why is it taking that long to get fixed? It’s driving me crazy.
Just came here to post this and saw this thread. My PMS has started alerting me to an update, but running apt update and apt upgrade does not update/download it.
Tempted to download and update manually, but I thought there must be a reason why this release has been kept out of the repo. Is it a bug? Or is this release still in testing?
It’s a bug (see post from Plex employees MovieFan and chrisallen), they said it will be fixed but it’s already nearly a month and still no fix. I can’t update manually so I’m stuck with this ridiculous bug…
Yes I understand it’s a bug, but also think it’s taken a lot of time to be fixed. Fortunately, I can manually update and have done so for now, but I am also hoping, like you, that this be fixed soon.
