Server is unreachable

I am having problems with the PLEX media server. I continue to get the message “Server is unreachable” I have used the setup for months without any problems. I setup my laptop for the server and when checked everything looks the same on both the laptop and the TV. How do I fix the problem and get the server reachable again?
