Clicked download and took me to plex home and update server poofed away and does not show there is an update anymore. Not sure if anything downloaded…probably not.
EDIT: To clarify, you rolled it back, then it showed back up a few hours later as I thought you re-distributed back as fixed. If I’m wrong and it was a ghost update link….then my bad for posting.
It got posted and then pulled not long after so depending on how you were getting update notifications it likely had some overlap.
I like using the release topic as RSS to keep up to date or you can set it as “tracking” to be notified in the forums of updates. Plex Media Server - #697 by PlexReleaser
Edit: You just add .rss to the end of the URL for the topic you want as RSS and that’ll work in your RSS feed if your feed reader doesn’t automatically find it from the standard URL. So like this: https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-media-server/30447.rss
