You can set most of these things for episodes if you use embedded metadata in mp4/m4v files.
However, if you are after descriptions for the whole show, you can only put them in manually.
Or use Kodi-compatible .nfo files in conjunction with the .nfo importer agents (but they might cease working sometime in the future, as Plugins are phased out).
